Customer's satisfaction is our main goal and it our top priority. If it happens that you are not satisfied with the item you've received and we are interested in you as a valuable customer we want you to describe your problem more specifically by contacting us and we will try to solve the problem in a different way then taking the restocking fee. See "7. CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS." for details. Alternatively, you may request a refund, with a deduction of a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price (We don't try to earn on the restocking fee! Restocking fee is a fee requested by manufacturer and shipping cost are the fees requested by shipping company/delivery service). Shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.

We constantly check our prices to verify you're getting the best value. If you find a lower price with other online retailers, please make sure you're checking the total price:

Low Price Guarantee excludes clearance/closeout items, non-retail, private sales, classified ads, auction websites, offers made to you verbally over the phone or in personal.

The Internet site must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery (out-of-stock and backordered items are not eligible).

We must be able to verify the competitor's price with a written copy (Invoice, which includes shipping costs, taxes), dated within 7 days of the NoviStudio purchase. Also note that ESTIMATE shipping costs are not acceptable.
