If it happens that you are not satisfied with the item you've received and we are interested in you as a valuable customer we want you to describe your problem more specifically by contacting us and we will try to solve the problem in a different way then taking the restocking fee. Alternatively, you may request a refund, with a deduction of a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price (We don't try to earn on the restocking fee! Restocking fee is a fee requested by manufacturer and shipping cost are the fees requested by shipping company/delivery service). Shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.

The Internet site must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery (out-of-stock and backordered items are not eligible).

We must be able to verify the competitor's price with a written copy (Invoice, which includes shipping costs, taxes), dated within 7 days of the NoviStudio purchase. Also note that ESTIMATE shipping costs are not acceptable.
