Wall Unit Code: 1PFA9259GAlthough it was only in 1999 that Spar Mobili and Vuerre joined forces to form Gruppo Spar Holding, their roots go back a lot further. It all began when a young carpenter in his small workshop produced the very first Spar prototype. Spar Mobili initially began by producing medium to economy priced living rooms and in the years that followed their range of production became wider until in 1984 the first bedroom "Helene" was launched on the market.
It was during this period that the same owners opened another company, although it had its' own distinct identification, namely, Vuerre srl, which specialised in the production of economical bedrooms. Both companies grew successfully, expanding their product ranges and affirming themselves on the market by successfully keeping the pace with ever changing trends. In 1998 the management decided to form the group, a single holding company capable of handling both Vuerre and Spar production, making the most of an excellent staff, who were more than willing to collaborate in the new venture. Within just 6 months the merger took place so that on 1st January 1999, GRUPPO SPAR HOLDING SPA became a reality.
