Alternatively, you may request a refund, with a deduction of a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price (We don't try to earn on the restocking fee! Restocking fee is a fee requested by manufacturer and shipping cost are the fees requested by shipping company/delivery service). Shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.

We must be able to verify the competitor's price with a written copy (Invoice, which includes shipping costs, taxes), dated within 7 days of the NoviStudio purchase. Also note that ESTIMATE shipping costs are not acceptable.
